This week on Discovery's Manhunt: UNABOMBER, Brian d'Arcy James (Broadway's HAMILTON, SHREK) stars as Henry Murray - a Harvard Professor who conducted nefarious experiments on Ted Kaczynski as part of a covert CIA project.

On the heels of the broadcast success of HARLEY AND THE DAVIDSONS – TV's best single-network miniseries in more than three years – Discovery will present an all-new scripted anthology series called Manhunt: UNABOMBER with a two-hour premiere airing Tuesday, August 1 at 9 PM ET/PT on the Discovery Channel.

While everyone was grabbing drinks or a snack from the kitchen during the Tony Awards commercial breaks, Creative Arts hosts King Georges Brian d'Arcy James and Jonathan Groff were presenting Tony Awards in the categories of Best Lighting Design Play, Best Lighting Design in a Musical, Best Book of a Musical, Best Orchestrations, and Best Choreography.

Just last night, The Public Theater celebrated its Annual Gala, HAIR TO HAMILTON, 50 Years of Revolutionary Musicals, at the Delacorte Theater. Directed by Daniel Sullivan, with musical direction by Rob Fisher and Nadia DiGiallonardo, the 90-minute concert featured songs from The Public's most beloved and groundbreaking musicals performed by some of the most celebrated voices in theater. Today in 1997, Titanic opened at the Lunt-Fonatnne Theatre, where it ran for 804 performances. Titanic is a musical with music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and a book by Peter Stone that won five Tony Awards including the award for Best Musical. Titanic is set on the ocean liner RMS Titanic which sank on its maiden voyage on April 15, 1912. Directed by Richard Jones with choreography by Lynne Taylor-Corbett, the cast included John Cunningham, David Garrison, Larry Keith, Alma Cuervo, Michael Cerveris, Victoria Clark, and Brian d'Arcy James.

On last night's TONIGHT SHOW, guest Jonathan Groff made Jimmy stand on his desk to induct him as an honorary King George from the Broadway hit musical HAMILTON for singing 'You'll Be Back' on the HAMILTON mixtape.

Today in 2002, Sweet Smell of Success opened at the Martin Beck Theatre (now the Al Hirschfeld Theatre), where it ran for 109 performances. Created by Marvin Hamlisch (music), Craig Carnelia (lyrics), and John Guare (book), the show is based on the 1957 movie of the same name. It tells the story of a powerful newspaper columnist named J. J. Hunsecker (based on famed New York columnist Walter Winchell) who uses his connections to ruin his sister's relationship with a man he deems inappropriate. The show starred John Lithgow as J.J. Hunsecker, and Brian d'Arcy James as Sidney Falcone.

Brian d'Arcy James, currently starring in Broadway's SOMETHING ROTTEN!, is taking a break from performances this weekend to represent SPOTLIGHT at tonight's Academy Awards ceremony. d'Arcy James plays Spotlight Team Member Matt Carroll.
